Volkswagen of America, the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) and the MoMA PS1 announced an extensive partnership encompassing several years at a press conference in May 2011. Following the announcement, the international exhibition opened EXPO1: New York in May 2013 and the subsequent exhibition EXPO 1: Rio in Brazil in December that same year. COR Berlin Communication was responsible for the communication of the partnership in high profile culture and lifestyle media as well as in

the national daily and weekly papers. Additionally, part of our engagement was placement on leading social media channels which were mainly culture and lifestyle blogs at that time. We supported Volkswagen’s culture communications in their international PR project management and its coordination with partners in the areas of message management, media work which included the organisation of press trips and on-site support, and the creation and distribution of press material.
